Strapping a bag to your handlebars is how we all got started - bike packing in its simplest form. We didn’t want to lose that essence, just make it better. What you're buying with this product is:
- Spacer blocks for hand positions and brake levers
- Rubber-backed velcro straps for added stability
- Two heavy duty rubber straps to hold your bag super tight
- Velcro straps to attach to your fork crown
- and a plastic shield to protect it all
It’s organized in a neat and functional package. It’s also thoroughly tested for a bomber, bounce-free attachment on any terrain. Field repairable with fully removable parts and a super adjustable fit for any bike. This harness can be used as a stand alone unit or with the Drawcord Handlebar Bag or Mini Bar Bag up front. Pair it with an oval shaped Dry Bag (sold separately) or use your own stuff sack.

HOW-TO
HARNESS + DRY BAG
Step 1
Position harness on handlebars using the double back velcro straps. This is just to hold the harness in place while you take your bag on and off.
Attach lower velcro straps around each side of your fork crown.
Step 2
If your fork crown is too small or it interferes with your brake, attach the elastic cord around your head tube, instead of using the velcro straps. You can also use both.
Step 3
Strap your bag to the harness using the rubber Voilé straps. Lace the rubber Voilé straps through the plastic loop, then the metal buckle. They will go over your handlebars and the velcro straps.
HARNESS + DRAWCORD HANDLEBAR BAG
Step 1
Lace the rubber Voilé straps through both upper and lower webbing slots.
Wrap the elastic cord around the two rubber voile straps. This extra step locks in the handlebar bag position so it can't slide up and down.
Step 2
Secure your bag of choice with the Voilé straps, same way as shown above with the harness alone.
(Optional) You can tuck any excess strap into a slot to keep things tidy.
Step 3
Secure lower attachments and tighten all straps. The lid cord will reach over the entire setup to your stem.
