We are currently hiring someone to run day-to-day operations and customer service for our shop/warehouse, in person, 3days/wk.

Your primary role will be fulfilling orders for our retail and wholesale customers, and communicating with them regarding related issues, via email and occasional phone calls.

You will also be assisting our production team with receiving + unpacking raw materials, running our webbing cutting operations, and restocking + quality control of our finished products.

Since we are a very small team, there will also be occasional asks to assist with other shop-related projects, events, photo/video shoots, and other needs as they arise.

The ideal candidate will exercise consistently strong attention to detail, be prompt and courteous in their written and verbal communication, and be a proactive and independent problem-solver. A lot of the job will be predictable and straightforward, but inevitably, sh*t happens and you need to be able to think on your feet and be nice at the same time.
