Find a retailer near you on this page. I recommend calling the shops to see if they have what you want. A lot of them can place an order for you as well. If you’re local in San Francisco, we have quite a few retailers around town, but our flagship store is inside Box Dog Bikes. They have the largest selection of products.

Every bag has measurements listed under the ‘specs’ section of the product page. Check the empty space where the bag would go - between your handlebars, above the tire, under the seat, or in the frame. Compare it to the dimensions of the bag. If you need more help, feel free to contact us. It helps to send a description of your bike and some measurements.

The standard fabric we use is Cordura polyester. It's fairly water resistant but will soak through after some heavy rains. It has a polyurethane coating on the back and a DWR finish on the surface to wick water. ECOPAK is much more waterproof. It has a laminated film backing rather than a coating. It also has the water wicking DWR finish.
A lot of the bags are designed with an ECOPAK liner already. Others have a heavier duty waterproof vinyl liner. So there are two layers of fabric protecting your things from the elements. You can upgrade the outer layer to ECOPAK as well for double layer waterproofing.
Even though the fabric is waterproof, it’s not seam sealed so water intrusion can happen through the seams. That's one reason why we design with minimal seams. We'll also offset the seams between the outer and inner layers, so it's harder to leak all the way through to the inside. We call this 'weatherproof' because it will hold up to most of the weather people tend to ride in.
In the end, our bags are not submersible and won't hold up to pressurized water. One issue is the steady stream of water shooting up from your tire. This will push water into the seams so if you run a full length fender that will make a big difference. To make it fully waterproof, you just need to add seam sealant yourself.

We’ve been busy keeping the standard product line in stock so we don't offer custom bags or colors unfortunately. If you’d like a very simple modification that can be done after the bag is made, we may be able to accommodate it. Please contact us before placing your order.
-
Hopefully soon! Usually we know when things are out of stock and schedule it into our production calendar. We make all our bags in batches by product. So for each product, all the colors are made at once. We have waitlists if you'd like a restock notification. Just pick the variant you want and it will pop up. We'll email you as soon as they're ready. Feel free to contact us if you’d like to know when.

Our bags come standard in RBC1000, a Cordura polyester fabric made entirely of recycled plastics, and in the most durable thickness - 1000d. It has a fairly water resistant polyurethane coating on the back and a DWR finish on the surface to wick water. Note this coating is non-toxic and contains no PFCs.
ECOPAK is also made entirely of recycled plastics but is much more waterproof. It has a laminated film backing rather than a coating. It also has the same water wicking DWR finish. We are using the most durable thickness as well (600d). It’s only offered in the limited colors listed with ECOPAK next to the name.
A lot of our bags come with liners as well. That’s two layers of fabric protecting your things from the elements, and two layers of fabric to wear through. Some products are lined with a lighter 200D ECOPAK and others use waterproof 10oz. vinyl. You can check fabric specifications under the ‘features’ section of each product page.

For a quick clean, you can hose off your bag along with the rest of your bike. Just make sure all the contents are removed and the bag is taken off, opened up and hung up to dry properly.
For a more thorough cleaning, mix warm water with a soap of your choice - dish soap, Dr. Bronner’s, etc. (do not use bleach, solvents, or other harsh chemicals). Scrub with a soft brush to loosen dirt. Use a wet sponge to rinse thoroughly. Again, make sure it’s opened up and hung up to dry properly.
Keep in mind, regularly cleaning your bag makes it last much longer!
